Course Overview
This training introduces moderators to important concepts and techniques that UserWise has developed over the years for successfully moderating usability studies. Course attendees will learn how a moderator should prepare for a session, how to navigate through obstacles during a session, and how to avoid biasing the study participant, It also outlines the moderator's responsibilities during usability study sessions and presents tips and tricks that will help you skillfully moderate your own study session.
